Not tracking accurately or keeping a charge

I’ve done everything suggested to clean my Fitbit blaze, and it still tells me to charge it daily. I don’t have the notifications on, gps hooked up, or anything, extraneous going on either. 

 

Also, my active minutes don’t exist. They haven’t worked in weeks, (with exercise features both on and off) and I’m noticing that my step count is losing accuracy as well. I am not sure what to do, I paid top price for this when it came out. I’ve already been debating switching to a smaller one like the Alta but I’m not sure ...

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
