Doing a search I find the only solved answer is where the sleep tracking was set for sensitive, not the normal, which for 99% of people would wanr.

The sleep setting is in you. Device settings.
It is all explained in the Sleep FAQ found in the help arra.. Link to help found below, or under help in the app.

I've got the same problem. I just turned my sleep tracking setting from normal to sensitve. I'll see if this has any effect when I wake up tommorow. I doubt that it will but we'll see.
