Not tracking workouts

So I just did a workout for 32 minutes on fitstar account, had heartrate in fatburn zone whole time. Only strange thing is, is didn't sync with my Fitbit account, so I'm ok, I'll add it. But what the heck Fitbit? You have 2 ways that should have been tracked!!! And neither worked? 1. Sync with my fitstar account. 2. It was 35 minutes basically!! And the Fitbit and account don't realize that's a workout? Then I go to log it, and the closest thing is 'sport' there is no 'workout' and there is not specific fitstar workout that matches. Why is this? Don't you have all the fitstar workouts archived in you excerzises? If not get them there so people can add them, when it doesn't sync, I was mislead into buying fitstar in the first place, let me get my money's woth, since I have it for a year now.

Did you start an exercise mode on the Blase? SmartTrack will track a certain number of specific things but it won't automatically detect everything you could do. As far as I know there has never yet been the ability to transfer data between Fitbit and Fitstar accounts. Maybe that will come but it's not here yet.

Regardless, the Blaze will still have tracked heart rate Nd steps etc so the calories should all still be accounted for. If you wanted to use the 'Activity Log' button on the website to turn that into an exercise record then you could do but it obviously won't change any totals for the day.

Hi, @MikeF , just a correction re Fitstar... If you log on to your Fitstar account and do a workout it should sync to your dashboard. I have tested this myself (although not recently). @Michaels19 have you made sure your Fitstar account has permission to sync to Fitbit? You need to set this up under account settings : https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps

Yes, but it should have added it as something, or have there be a 'workout' excersize, or sync with fitstar. It is supposed to log them on its own if it's longer than 13 minutes (default is 15) it has before, but for some reason it doesn't sync with fitstar, I'm confused

Yes, I even had my data sync from my Fitbit to fitstar when setting it up
