If a restart doesn't work, ypu habe two choices, do as @WendyB suggests, or let the battery drain until the Blazeshuts off. This has been known to fox other unsolvable problems.

I also encountered similar problems. also tried to wait out the battery and battery charger, but still does not work. when restart by 02 logo button appears only Fitbit also then stop. as the old
