I have tried shutting down my fit bit blaze at least 20 times, it will not stop vibrating and has a dead battery now. When I put on the charger it starts vibrating again....

Hi there @Sarah-Kate. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having this problem with your tracker. I'd like to know... are you turning your tracker off from the settings page (the last screen when you swipe all the way to the right) or have you tried to restart it? If you have not tried that, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
If that doesn't work, leave your tracker to vibrate until the battery runs out and once it's dead, put it to charge again and see if that fixes the problem.
Let me know if you need more help after this!
