Blaze battery got fully drained and I put it to charge via a wall charge after 3 hours. It has been on charging cradle since 12 hours, but it hasn't charged a bit.
It shows the clock face and the charging icon with a red blinking line(like if its charging) but as soon as i remove it from cradle it becomes completely dead.
I have used it for just 5 days. I charged it once and it worked fine then.
I have tried different wall chargers and even charged it via laptop but same results.
I couldn't restart it as it is completely dead. There are no issues with the charging contacts also as the device lit up as soon as it is put in cradle.

I'd return it and get another one.

Hi there @pjain700 @Bill_k, great to see you both in the Forums!
@pjain700, I'm very sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working as it should.
For what you mention and show in the picture, the battery is not good. Did you purchase your tracker through a retailer or was it through the fitbit.com store?
