@AndrewFitbit with the release of the new Samsung S8 phones, is Fitbit going to update the firmware for comparability issues? I love my Blaze, but with the loss of functionality will eventually look else where for the features I have recently have lost. Thanks for any info.

Welcome to the Community @draughtwizard and @Nvrsubtle! Currently, Samsung S8 isn't a supported device. However, Fitbit is always adding new devices to the list, keep an eye on it.

At the moment, tracker notifications are not yet available on Windows mobile devices.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

I did not realize that the Galaxy s8 was not supported. This explains my issues I've been battling for the last few weeks. Connectivity is very hit an miss, very difficult to get it to sync. Notifications rarely work. I hate having to re-login to my app ALL THE TIME!

Hope Fitbit gets with the game here for sure. I love my Blaze, I don't want to have to buy a different watch, but that a lot cheaper than buying an older phone so i can use my tracker...

It's great to have you here @WesA! I'm afraid to say that this phone hasn't been added to the list of supported devices. However, Fitbit is always adding new devices to that list. As you mentioned, it occasionally syncs, I've seen that people have been able to sync with devices that aren't listed as supported even when they aren't in the list but I can't confirm it will always work.

Your understanding and patience is truly appreciated. Robot Happy
