Well charged all nite, take off it shows on phone at about a quarter charge. My tracker just says 

fitbit.com/setup. Alarm did go off 15min. late. Face had funny looking number & letters also.

Been wanting one, got one & not sure was a good pick.

Well took twice to Uninstaller fitbit & reinstall, but is working just fine now. It was from my boyfriend so glad it is working.
