Notification vibration for Blaze

I can't get my new Blaze to vibrate, both notifications and setting a silent alarm. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Chaz520. If your tracker is not vibrating, I recommend Restarting your Blaze. After the restart process, set a silent alarm to see if it buzzes. You can set an alarm by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

 

1. Go to your Fitbit account
2. Tap Account
3. Tap the tracker's icon
4. Tap Silent Alarm
5. Set your Alarm
6. Sync

The vibrate motor was non-op. Exchanged at Best Buy for another. Tnx
