@Codeshar I understand your concern and would like to confirm that Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. However, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported.

I had the same issue with my blaze when I upgraded to Samsung s10.  I switched my messaging app to messages+ and after weeks of trying everything else...IT WORKED!

Just go to your app store and download messages+ and make it your default.   I hope it works for you too!
