I have a Galaxy S8 and I have my Blaze paired to it and everything. It is compatible to each other, as I had checked the site to make sure. I have all my things on the correct way on my phone and i still can't get phone calls or text messages. I just got the Blaze 2 days ago and can not figure out why it is not working.

I have an S8 too, same problem. Just bought a FitBit blaze and I can't get notifications to show on it. I can control my music though. I've tried absolutely everything, it's up to date, all my Bluetooth settings and app permissions are correct and it just says 'All caught up! No notifications' - anyone from the support team able to offer some insight, maybe the firmware update has caused issues?

Same here for the last couple weeks. I noticed my Blaze stopped receiving notification from my Galaxy S7. I powered the Blaze down and then turned it back on and notifications came back for a day and then stopped again the next day. It was like this for a while. A couple days ago I powered it down and then when I turned it back on and tried to sync it with the app on my S7, it said it needed an update. It took 3 attempts to update it as 2 of the attempts failed. Once it did I had to have my S7 forget the Blaze, turned on the Bluetooth Classic, unpaired it again, had the S7 locate the Blaze Bluetooth again, turn off the Bluetooth Classic and then select the Blaze as a trusted device on my S7. Then I got notifications after that and all day yesterday. Today the notifications stopped again. This is getting utterly ridiculous with all the hoop jumping for it to work for a day and then try to figure out what the hell is going on all over again.
