So I started my Blaze and got it to communicate with my cell phone (Samsung S6) to track the distance I walked last night. The phone I placed in my pocket and started walking. But when I got back to the point I started at I noticed my phone had gone to sleep (locked and dark screen). When I did the sync to see the recording map and distance, I discovered it recorded the mileage at .92 of a mile, but did not record the actual path I took. It actually only records abt .10 of the mile I walked.
Here is what it recorded Fitbit - Activities - Walk Track not the actual map.
Has anyone else had the same issue? If you have how did you fix it?
Thanks,

It's great to have you here @Andhanni! When you put your Blaze into activity mode, it will turn off the screen after a while. However, if you tap on it, it should show you the exercise data that you have so far.
I would like you to restart your Blaze and double check that your tracker's is properly connecting to GPS. Sometimes, it may lose the connection due to the following you're underground, near many tall buildings, or as a result of atmospheric effects—GPS won't work. While GPS gives you a more accurate measure of distance than step counting alone, the actual accuracy depends on both your environment and the weather.
Hope this helps!
