Technically, your phone has the necessary hardware and software to work. However, it is not listed in the list of compatible devices. To make that list Fitbit would have to have tested it and certified it. There are so many phones out there that the testing priority is by which phones sell the most. Did you try enabling notifications in the app?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MayalaII!  as mentioned by @SunsetRunner the Huawei Honor 5X is not on the list of supported devices. It may sync, however it may not properly work as this device is not fully compatible. I would recommend to try the following troubleshoot:

1. Restart your tracker. You can find instructions on this post from @SunsetRunner

2. Turn off notifications. Complete these steps:
 - On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your tracker, and then on the device screen, tap your tracker.
 - Tap Allow notifications access and turn off access to the Fitbit Notification Service.

3.Reboot your mobile device.

4. In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service, and then turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.

If you're still not receiving notifications, set up notifications again:

1. Unpair your tracker from your mobile device. You can unpair your tracker in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. If you are unsure how to verify or change settings for your mobile device, refer to instructions provided by your device manufacturer.
2. Reboot your mobile device.
3. In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service, and then turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.

Let me know if this helps! 🙂

Now..7 Months in the future, my phone is still not supported by the Blaze. And no solution or any clue if it will be supported in the future.
