Do you have wi-fi connection for your phone? If you only have data through cellular then check to make sure you have allowed data through cellular connection. Also the Fitbit unit will store detailed data for 7 days and summary data for about a month. You won't lose any data as long as you can get it to sync within the 7 days storage time.

I've got wifi connection. But no mobile data. I've checked all settings. Location on. Connection on. But still won't sync

That does stump me. My wife and I were overseas last month and had turned off mobile but we had WiFi and had no problems syncing. One last thing I can think of is to check your Bluetooth.

Just got worse. I went to switch my watch off. The back light on the hmm blaze is on. But the watch won't turn on now 😢
Best AnswerAs for not turning on. Have you tried restart g whole in is charger. It is not easy but possible, have reported success.
As for the sync issue, it should work thrughbo in eityer wifi or cellular. I'm not sure which wifi you are attaching to but it may be possible that they have blocked the port Fitbit uses.
