That doesn't sound good.
In the hope it might just be a software glitch you could try restarting the Blaze using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
If that doesn't work though it's probably a hardware failure in which case you should contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
