My fitbit won't charge anymore after I didn't use it in few months. Apparently nothing can be done to fix it. I was offered 25% discount when all I want is my watch to work. This is the second one that broke down in less than 2 years.

Im sorry but when not using the device and not charging it for months ruins the battery
