I have bought a new oppo F1s and after several requests its still not listed as compatible with fitbit trackers. I am completely unable to get my notfications and control music. Infact notifications options are not even visible in Oppo. As i tap notifications, it opens up enable notifications screen again and again.
While checking list, i could see some really old models of Oppo but could not find a single latest model against this brand.
Team Fitbit, please consider!

Allow me to help you @RaheelMalik! Thanks for checking the list of supported mobile devices, Fitbit is always updating it. I found this feature suggestion that you may want to vote Oppo F1 compatibility. Those suggestions are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.

Thanks for your reply , but still i can't find fitbit team doing anything about it. It feels like if they don't really care . I have posted at several forums the issue and requirement of compatibility.
Please help to get oppo devices compatibility with your tracker.

Thanks!

It's great to have you here @Bvsanluis26! Currently, Oppo F1 series aren't compatible devices yet. However, I've seen that some users have been able to sync their trackers to this type of phones. You may want to try this syncing troubleshooting but I can't confirm they will totally work.

Hope this helps!
