I noticed tonight on my blaze the orange thermometer like it's over heating. It's a cool 58 degrees here so I'm sure it's not. I tried to reboot by holding the left and lower right buttons and it doesn't seem to work. Please help.
I've had the same thing happen with my blaze. Is this something that can be fixed. My blaze is about 18 months old and until now has always worked perfectly
I spoke to customer service this morning. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. The best they could do was send me an email with discounted prices for a new device.
I have the same issue with the blue thermometer. Only solution is a discount code. Seems a lot of people are having this issue. I won’t buy another Fitbit if they don’t care enough to address this.
