So my blaze out of no where overheated and turned of on me and now it won't go back on. Has this happen to anyone else? And what do I need to do?

You will need to contact them to get  a new form. Wont happen by posting here

Welcome to the Community @Nismo_Estyyy. If your tracker is overheating, I recommend taking it off and contact our Support Team, for a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat.

I did and they sent me a fedex form to print out but it was canceled
please resend me a new one thank you.
