Hi I have a psmart 2019 Huawei, it has fitbit app and iv had no problems with my blaze until now, there is a new fit bit addition the oxygen saturation level, which I'm excited to have or not have in my case I have the chart with no graph, when I contacted fit bit they said my phone wasn't compatible yet everything else works on it so I'm not sure, if anyone could help that would be great.

According to Fitbit's help file on this feature ( https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1876/ ) it only works with the Charge3, Ionic and Versa models

Hi thank you for your replies, I told fit bit I had a blaze and they said it was my phone not the watch 🙄iv no problems with my phone and fitbit app except this new feature which I have, but just no graph? If it was my phone I'd imagine it would never synch but it does sll the time 🤔🤔thanks

The Blaze does not have the required Hardware to read the Oxygen. Are you sure you have a Blaze?
