Painting Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm getting my dad a Blaze as a belated Father's Day gift. I want the band to be Oklahoma Crimson. It doesn't come in a similar color from Fitbit and I haven't found a 3rd party one that is just right. So, is it safe to paint my fitbit for regular wear and if so, what kind of paint? If not, anyone know a good resource for bands outside of Amazon? Any help is very appreciated!

Welcome to the forums @bradw200

I do know that altering the Blaze might invalidate the warranty, but it does seem like a great thing to do for your dad.

Why not see if a cover can be made to go over the band portion. Surely there is material with the logo of the school that could be formed for the Blaze.

I managed to find one that was pretty close on Etsy but I'll keep that in mind if I don't like the look of it. Thanks!

Hello @bradw200 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂  As @Odyssey13 painting your tracker might void the warranty or the chemicals on the paint might ruing it, but I'm glad you found one that fits your needs. You can suggest for more colors for the Blaze wristbands on this idea on our Feature Request board. Make sure to add your comments.

Thanks for stopping by! 😉
