Hello @taytay8, 

Could we have a little more info, what device or you setting up yoir tracjer through? 

Tou don't actually pair the device, you use the Fitbit software to attach the tracker to your account.

Please give us some more details and we can give soecific answers.

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences setting up your Blaze? Were you able to follow the setup procedure and paired the device?
