I’ve tried everything updating, login in and out and it just doesn’t update. Can some one help me please?

Are you referring to the "My Achievements" section of the web profile page?
Is so, although the lifetime totals are working ok, the "best" values are not working. Fitbit are aware of the issue but it's been many months now so we shouldn't expect a quick fix.
