I got a new blaze and it works great, but when I receive phone calls it doesn't say who's calling, it says unknown. It tells me who is texting me but not who's calling. Anyone know how to fix that problem

@Golfer5 if your asking a question about your phone, please include the phone model,, and the dialing app.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+ but I'm not sure what a dialing app is.
