Got a fitbit blaze for Christmas. Was working fine until I took it off charge this morning and now it won't connect to my phone. Gone through all the troubleshooting and advice in the forums and have had no luck. Bluetooth has been turned off, phone and device restarted, uninstalled app/reinstalled. Phone is running 6.1 marshmallow without an update waiting to be installed. Unpaired device from Bluetooth and now won't connect. Removed the device from my fitbit account and now it won't detect the device at all. There hasn't been any damage to the device either. Looked after it perfectly. My phone model is a Samsung Grand Prime+.

Very similar to my experience. Very disappointed in the Blaze.
