I recently upgraded to the Google Pixel 2 but cannot get it to connect to my fitbit blaze. Is there any news on when they will be compatible? I basically wasted 200$ on this fitbit when it doesn't even work with my new phone.
Www.fitbit.com/devices is where the latest info will be posted. Is Fitbit users know as much as you.
@cmpetersen was this tracker already setup to your Fitbit account? If so there is no reason to set it up on your new phone. Simply download the app and log in.. It should try and sync. Any error messages?

A warm welcome to the Community @cmpetersen and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
As suggested, you can keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, is your tracker isn't syncing, you can try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

Welcome to the Forums @Apayne23 and @kitkat1920.
If your trackers aren't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there. Also, take into consideration the compatibility of your phones as mentioned in my previous post.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
I am definitely having those issues, amongst others. Very frustrating.
