Hi There,
I need help! Bought Fitbit Blaze yesterday and am struggling with the notification on the device. The device suddenly gets disconnected from the phone (app notification permissions go off automatically) and I had to restart my phone again to have these work again for some time. Also the range of the device is not 20 feet as mentioned by the salesman while selling the product. It is also very dishonest of the guy to tell me that it works on any of the Android device.
Need a quick solution for this – please help!

You mentioned a salesman, is this person an employee of Fitbit? Or just some guy in a retail shop that we have no control over.
On the app, do you have always connected enabled?
As for restarting, yes i have to do this once in awhile. To get notifications or to fix a sync problem. For me i dont see this a biggie, since it is well known that all android phones need to be restarted weekly
