So, I want to buy a Fitbit Blaze for my OH. I want to pay in Sterling (£159.99) with a Sterling Debit card BUT I want it delivered to an address in France. When I try to make the purchase I get diverted to the French Store and all of a sudden the price is 229.99 Euros!! Which, given the current exchange rate is an absolute rip off! I have contacted Fitbit but have had no reply yet! Surely, I am not the only person in this position?
And no, I don't want to ship it to a UK address as this causes unneccessary complications and I wouldn't get it in time. Any ideas?

Hi there @LucindaSue. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I was trying to find a way around this but it seems that even if you're on the UK cart, right when you choose France as the shipping address, it will change the currency to Euros. There's no way around this, so the only way to have it charged in Sterling Pounds is setting the shipping address as UK and then for you to forward it to France.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience 😕 Let me know if you need anything else!

Which is an absolute rip off!! 229.99 euros is ridiculous considering the rate of exchange is virtually parity now so I will be paying well over the odds just because I live in France rather than the UK! Absolute crap! All these come out of Netherlands anyway!! It is PRINCIPLE that I will NOT pay more just because of my address.
Fitbit themselves can't be bothered to answer the question!! I have been invited to ring them either in the States or in the UK!! Well, that won't cost me anything, will it?? Pfffft!! Really NOT IMPRESSED!! And I was a previous fan!!
