So since daylight savings time ended today, not only does my blaze not know how long I slept (shorted me an hour) but now for some reason, my "active hours" I've always had set for 9am through 7 pm will not change no matter what I'm trying to do! It changes itself back to 8am start and 5pm. Then it will stay but changes back once I sync. Someone please help!

Check the website for reminders to move, mine is correct there.
Last week everything straightened itself out on monday.

I experienced the same thing. This morning, 11/7, my active hours and sleep times adjusted back to where they had been prior to 11/6. My stats ONLINE show exactly when they happened on 11/6, but NOT on my iPhone app. My calories burned and steps, etc. show up an hour earlier than when performed on my iphone The Online app remained true to your activities.

So, daylight savings time changes have been around for decades. Why is fitbit so unprepared to handle this change.
Checking settings in the fitbit.com dashboard, it allows me to select "(GMT-04:00) Eastern Time" but as of Sunday 2AM, it should be GMT-05:00.
The dashboard show my steps being allocated to the correct time. My Fitbit HR displays the correct time. My sleep time was logged as starting and ending an hour later that actual Eastern Standard Time.

Hi everyone! Good to see you around! 😄
I've seen some users having problems with this while daylight savings happened and it seems that a small discrepancy can be seen but this shouldn't affect your overall stats in a major way. If the information on any of your devices is not updating, I can recommend force quitting the app and opening it again if you're on a mobile device or logging out of the Fitbit dashboard and logging back in and see if this makes everything to show correctly after that.
Thank you all for reporting this and if you have anything else, let us know!

If I had been running the NYC marathon, I'd have been pretty upset, since the iphone app did not assign calories, etc. to the correct 15 minute segments. It showed one hour earlier. And there was never a correction on the iphone app for activity on Nov. 6th. The online stats were correct for 15-min. time segments.

Thanks for getting back @ldolin.
Has this been happening still? You shouldn't have any problem currently with the time being off due to daylight savings. Did you try to force quit the app and open it again making sure your tracker syncs to show the correct time?
Let me know if you're still having problems with this!

Well, the symptoms may have resolved themselves after a few days. I suspect the issues are still very much alive and waiting for the Spring daylight savings time change to again cause problems.

I'm happy to hear that @LPark27! 😄
@Aerostation, I would really expect our team to look into it so that something like this doesn't happen again for spring daylight savings change.
Anything else you may need, let us know!
