Hello everyone I'm alessandro and I write from Italy, it's my third day with a blaze, very nice, but I realize that I count steps in the night phase, that is where I sleep, and when I wake up I have already 130/139 steps facts, even though I've always been in bed, how could I do? I've also set the length of my pace, so it's not automatic, could this be a problem?
Thank you all

Even restful sleep move about when they sleep, restless sleeper will more even more. The Watch is attached to your wrist and by tossing and turning your wrist will also move and the tracker will pick it up as a step. I wouldn't worry too much about a couple of hundred extra steps while you sleep, it won't impact much on your overall step count and lets be honest there are other activities that may not add step when you think they should, like mowing the lawn or pushing the shopping trolley around the supermarket as your arms don't tend to move much, so the steps don't always registers, so it all evens out in the end.
If however you are getting thousands of steps while sleeping, then you are either
A. A very restless sleeper and you may need to see a sleep specialist
B. You sleep walk a lot, attaching a ball and chain to your ankle can help counter this
C. There may be a problem with your tracker, reset it and monitor it for a few days, or change the setting from Sensitive to Normal via the app and see if that helps.
But as I said a couple of hundred steps is nothing to worry about.
