Screen flickering

Purchased in November and used daily since with no issues. Today the screen started flickering with a red bar across the lower half. Is this broken? It is still under warranty should I just return and exchange for new or is it a software issue and repairable? Please advise ASAP as unusable as it stands and v frustrating.

Could you please provide me with a photo of the message that you are seeing on your Blaze? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
