Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Got the blaze for my 60th birthday to help me get fit for trip to Palestine.

Looks like it's not "compatible"

Tried with old Moto G, Apple I phone...

I just want to update time/ date!?

Any fixes?

Hi there @Bitfit68, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

What a great birthday gift! 😄 I'd like to help you out with this.

The Motorola G6 is not a compatible device for syncing with Fitbit. Now, the Moto G (as long as it's the one that came out on 2014) and the iPhone (as long as it is an iPhone 4S or earlier), you should be able to sync with them.

My recommendtaion would be to give your tracker a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Then, try to set it up making sure you're using a compatible mobile device (see the list here) or you can also use a Windows 10 computer that has a built in Bluetooth, you just need to download the Fitbit app and log in to your account.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else!

I've tried it multiple times with a iPhone SE.
Does not work.
As with other devices, I enter the 4 digit Bluetooth code and nothing happens...

This sucks. My g6 originally worked when it transferred over from my other phone. now my fitbit won't sync with that and does not sync with chromebook. so pissed.
