I purchased a used fitbit and am trying to set it back to factory to be able to link it to my account and phone. The person I purchased it from has already deleted it from her account also. Any help appreciated!

I'm not sure what device you are using to setup the tracker, but you simply want to do the add device routine which will add the tracker to your account.your now setup.
