I have an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S5). In order to save space, I put any app that will allow it onto my sd card. I realized the fitbit app would allow it the other day. However, when I moved the app, it wouldn't sync my account. Is this common or have I missed a step somewhere?
Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @DevaBurns!
You can save the Fitbit app where you prefer and be able to sync your Blaze. If your having issues syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

That is a limitation of android and beyond the control of Fitbit.

Thank you. I moved the app, turned off my phone, and now it updates. Not sure what happened before. But I really don't have the time to figure it out.
Again, thanks.
