I'd agree with @racertempo. What exactly is happening with your Blaze? Is it something different happening to your tracker every now and then or is it a recurring issue?

Let's see..... Vibration option stopped working.
Lost all my exercises, had to reload Fitbit again.
Lost my silent alarms, had to reload them.
All is just 2weeks of owning this tracker

Just replied, different issues each time. For just 2 weeks of owning this tracker, spending too much time correcting issues.
Even the clock having the wrong time.... Really ? That should not happen, made me late for work twice.
