Ever since the new update my quick view comes on when I raise my arms like I would if I were looking at my tracker.
I have it turned off in the app but it's still doing it.
How do I fix this?
Just to let you know I have reset the tracker and turned it off and on again. I have also turned the quick view on let it sync and turned it off again and let it sync.

A warm welcome to the Community @Sarah1399. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are having problems with the quick view feature, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and verify from the tracker this option by doing the following:
1. Swipe to Settings
2. Tap the Quick View option
3. Select Off
If this procedure definitely doesn't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
