Very disappointed in the Blaze. I had a Fitbit Zip and was very happy with it but wanted something more. Blaze was great for a few days, then .... When you twist your wrist it is supposed to turn on, has worked maybe 10% of the time. Went onto my phone at 1:00 pm (also desktop) to check battery, both say medium. At 4:30 I could not even get the time, press a button to see a red line. Sleep is no longer being tracked automatically and the graphing is no longer the one showing Awake, REM, light and Deep sleep.  Have not had success with online help.

A warm welcome to the Forums @GLteacher.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please tell me which steps have you tried so far? In the meantime, regarding the quick view and sleep issues, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Now about the battery, you can take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

No, it did not help.  The restart did not fix the turn on issue, nor did it fix the time which has been incorrect since I recharged last night.  And the solution for charging was only to restart.  I didn't get any new information.
