Reading the help file on sleep stages (see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2163/ ) it seems that if it is unable to provide sleep tracking data then it reverts to the old style of sleep reporting. So it might be that it's getting the data it's looking for but it's just not showing any REM sleep. I wonder if it's a problem with the tracking or whether you have a problem with your sleep. Are you sleeping ok?
Best AnswerWell I think I am sleeping okay. I've never had the proper good quality sleep (which is why I thought it important to have the blaze for sleep stages tracking)
I see when I get light/restless sleep but i dont get anything else really. On the app I get a dark blue (deep) and lines of light blue (light) but i dont know. Ive had the blaze for about 3 months now and it's registered the same since new. I've read some others about updates coming through days later but thought 3 months is starting to get too long to wait for anything about the REM stages.
