Has anyone else had an issue with their Blaze restarting during exercise?
Last weekend I was out walking with my blaze set to hike to record my activity, several times during the day I would feel my watch vibrate and when I looked it had the fitbit logo displayed and had stopped tracking. This happened several times and I wondered if whilst I was holding my camera I had somehow pressed the sop with my wrist.
Today the same thing has happened but with nothing that could interfere with buttons.
A fitness watch that doesn't track isn't much good to man nor beast.

Welcome to the forums!
I would try a restart to see if it helps
Do it at least 3 times.
Restart

If that doesn't help

Further to my contact with fitbit it appears there is a known problem but no solution as yet. Below is a copy and paste from their email to me.
"We've forwarded the data that you provided to our Technical team and in turn will review your case. Take into account that we have received numerous reports of the same issue you are experiencing. Our engineers are constantly working on this issue though we are not able to commit to a specific time frame when this will be resolved."

same thing happened to me the last few days... contacted support, they then told me my device was out of warranty and offered me 25% off a new one... looks like i am 4 months out of warranty. you would think they would offer some sort of repair or out of warranty repair. guess i'll look at Apple and Garmin's offerings.

Thats really poor costumer service.. same problem with my Fitbit... I still have my warranty, but if this is the way they treat costumers I rather switch too polar or Apple watch.
