My Blaze is always turning the bluetooth setting to "off", and it won't sync. Very frustrating- anyone have a fix? Does Fitbit even care? I feel like returning this because all the relaxing value I get from exercise is promptly replaced by this frustrating blaze issue.

When you say it won't sync, what device are you syncing through?
Have you tried a restart of your Blaze, and a complete shutdown of the computer or phone?
Do you see any error messages?
Have you ever had the BT classic paired to the Phone through the phone's BT seeings screen?

@Hug_a_Pet have you paired the Blaze Classic to your phone yet? If you havent yhen yes it will turn off.
One more thing, classic is only for music control, and has nothing to do with the ability to sync.

Welcome to the Community @Hug_a_Pet and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your bluetooth settings? If you do, keep in mind that bluetooth classic only works if you want the music control feature. I was having this problem too, but you just need to enable the call and text notifications and your normal bluetooth will paired the tracker.
For the classic, you need to go to your Blaze settings, bluetooth classic, select "Pair", then go to your phone's bluetooth and paired it.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Alejandra,
I am having similar problem. I can synch my blaze to my Droid Turbo. However, I am unable to synch blaze classic to play music. Keep getting error unable to pair because of incorrect pin or passkey. I never get a notification for a pin or passkey. Please help.
Thank you
