Best Answer4 day old Blaze screen flickers and has vertical multi coloured lines running through it.
Contacted fitbit through email to get a replacement- went through the troubleshooting as they requested and now after 14 emails I have had no response in 2 days. The fitbit Blaze still doesnt work and I feel very disappointed with fitbit customer services.
Even after purchasing the extra 3 year warranty I am still left with a faulty Blaze and no sign of a replacement!!!!!! Garmin is looking like a much better option I think.....
Best Answer@totaljoke since you've been in contact and day you bought the Fitbit 4 days ago the easiest and quicker thing would be to go back to the place of purchase and exchange it.
When it comes to electronics if they are going to fail they will usually do it in the forest week.
Super bummed. I got my Blaze in April and today the screen keeps glitching. Then I get lines across my screen. I tried to reset and it won't power back on. I've got it plugged into its dock in my computer and still nothing. The screen just turns a different shade of black. I'll email support. I tried to go through twitter and they recommended connecting with them via other channels. 😕
Best AnswerMy fit bit is flickering and randomly vibrating and I only see the logo and can't access anything else. Is that what yours looked like?
Best AnswerLok everyone else here, I'm having the same problem. When my brightness is in Normal or Max, the lines start to show up. Shutdown or restart doesn't resolve this issue, but hopefully it is fixed in future updates. Does anyone know any possible causes, like water damage for example. I don't think it's case is water damage.
Best AnswerI bought a Blaze a few months ago at Kohls and 2 days ago the screen decided to flicker constantly - to the point that is just unusable. I have already done afew restarts and finally just let it die to see if that would fix it - No success.
Does anyone have any tips on how to fix an issue like this? I am really upset that I spent so much on a blaze and now am having these issues with it.

Janine is your fitbit still not flickering? Which clock face did you select? We might be able to track the issue down to bad coding and maybe you picked the right one.

Best AnswerMy Blaze has been awesome.. Until now.. the screen is constantly flickering no matter what I"m looking at. Hurts my head to look at it. . It was a gift so not sure where it was purchased. How do I make that flickering mess stop??
