While your solution does work temporary, the problem persistently happens which is very frustrating. It isn’t something you can recreate to show support over a call so that would be a waste of time. Ultimately, this is a problem that has existed for a while on multiple devices and should be resolved via software/hardware improvement.

@Rich_Laue I was referencing your “solution” on this thread. Those steps do in fact work temporarily, but I have had to keep repeating them over and over. My SIL has had the same issues on her Blaze that she just replaced (18 mos old). Both my husband and I have issues on our Versa’s. I didn’t often have the same issue on my Alta and Alta HR...although I did occasionally. This has been an issue for some time and a reliable solution hasn’t been provided.

I've moved your posts to there own thread. So they are not in an already solved thread.
Since these two threads are you only posts I'm still unaware of which post of mine you are referring to.
As for the individual trackers, we need to make sure that the trackers are not in their DND mode.
Otherwise we need to know what model phone is giving you issues.
When you say issues what issues are you referring to?
