Re: Sleep sensitivity vs. normal and report

I bought the Blaze to see if it could help me understand my sleep problems better. I have had numerous sleep studies and have been diagnosed with both restless legs and PLMD. I started tracking using normal mode and found that it did not track well with how I felt. On sensitive mode, it tracks much better and much more closely to the sleep studies I have had.

So far, this is the best result I have had from a sleep tracker (I previously used the Basis watches until they were recalled). This beats the Basis on most counts. I would like the temp sensor as that also helps me track my thyroid better than just the resting heart rate. All in all, so far the best sleep tracker so far.

Welcome, welcome @Bartvan! It's nice seeing new faces around! Smiley Happy Setting your tracker on sensitive mode was a great idea as this setting may be helpful for users who wake up feeling tired even though their sleep history shows sufficient rest. Thanks for sharing with us your findings.

On a different note, you might have noticed that I moved your post from the One board to the Blaze board as your post is referring to your Blaze board. In here you'll be able to find more relevant info related to your tracker. Thank you for helping us to keep the community a tidy and organized place. Smiley Happy
