Which one is the best for reading the display while running. I have a charge 2 and I cant read it very well at all because the readout is so small

Closest feature to a "timer" on the Charge 2 is stopwatch:
Biggest difference between Surge & Blaze is the Surge is monochrome and has internal GPS. A Blaze has a brighter color screen; however, requires a tethered smart phone for GPS.
