I am getting emails that i received a message or friend request, but my message screen is just blank. a

Hey @RMG0267! Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

Huh, that does sound a little strange... Where is it that you're looking at the emails. If it's only happened on one certain browser, could you try doing this on another browser or another computer or maybe opening the emails on your phone and see if that makes any difference?

Also, if you go to your Fitbit account, does it show there the pending messages or friend requests at the top right corner by the notifications section?
