When this device first came out I found the resting heart rate measurement to be pretty accurate. In 2017 it gradually became less accurate. Starting with the last update the resting heart rate measurement has been WAY OFF!! In the evenings when I'm sitting on the couch or something my heart rate on the watch displays as about 67bpm. When I'm sleeping/resting it gets down into the 50s. Yet the software says my resting heart rate is 78bpm. Any word on improving the accuracy of this measurement?

You have given that link in several posts. It is obviously not a satisfactory answer. Software updates shouldn't effect someone's fitness score or testing heart rate...
