Resting Heart rate increase after recent update

All, not sure if anyone else has noticed an increase in RHR since the recent blaze update 17.8.401.3?

My RHR has increased from ~54-65 over that period which seems odd as no other lifestyle changes really.

Am trying to add an image to this post but am failing! The increase is over 20days which seems quite drastic.

Hello, did you ever get this issue resolved?

Or, did it just resolve over time?

I just did the update and Im having the same issue.

I noticed that as soon as the update was a complete my heart rate was 196 peak.

I'm resting and its 102 to 92 fat burn.

So I'm sure my burning calorie counter are going to be out of wack as well.

I  read that it could throw your steps off, but not hr.

Well, thanks in advance for your time.

No not really - seems to be swinging around, although what i have been doing is checking Heart rate with other devices (e.g. samsung phone) and it seems that it is within limits. It has been very volatile since the update though.

It's great to welcome you @Instamatic and @BREAKING_YO-YO,

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your heart rate accuracy? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some steps to fix this and some other to improve the heart rate reading.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

The moderators link isn't really a reply as much as a talking point. Adjust the band? That's why this thing can't read accurately? If so then it's pretty worthless.
