Recording exercise in Blaze not saving

I took a walk this morning and tracked it manually as a "walk" in my Blaze.  My Blaze began counting steps, heart rate and distance.  At the end of the walk I saw all of the totals, HR, total steps, distance, etc and ended the exercise.  When I went to sync with my app, it is showing no steps or exercise at all, and on my Blaze (and it the app) it is showing zero steps, zero active minutes (basically nothing recorded at all, as if I haven't been wearing it).  Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?  Thank you!

Did you stop the walk before a sync?

Now that it hax been a few minutes, does the walk event now show up?

Was GPS connected, with the phone on you?

Manually starting a walk event on the traker should definately add a walk event to your logs. Have you also checked the website?

Now if the stopwatch was started instead, then yes their will be no recorded event.
