I'm not sure of the laws in India, Would ypu be able to return it at the place of purchase?
The other thought would be to scroll to the bottom of this page and read the Returns and Warranty , then contact Fitbit. Note this link will provide info pertinent to your location.

All i know is that you are not satisfied, and that the retailer has offered to refund your money.
It looks like you have an answer that satisfiies your desire. You wa t to return the Fitbit, the place of purchase has offered to return your money. Problem solved! No i dont see the problem.
There has been no elaboration on the lack of satisfaction.
If you want to buy from Fitbit, the link to the online store can be found in the top right corner of this page.
As i stated, you need to contact Fitbit directly, asking fellow Fitbit customers, as yoir now doing, for an answer will not resolve your dissatisfaction.

Im not keen to know, im trying to get you to ask Fitbit, posting here is only telling fellow fit it users your problem. By asking what did Fitbit tell you, i will have confirmation that you have contacted them. Either way it is your decision.
If the Blaze is working then there is no reason for the retailer to not refund, if the Blaze is not working, then it is covered under warranty and fitbit will need to be contacted. You say your not satisfied, to me that says the Blaze is working, but is not for you. I would still contact fitbit.

Maybe you did, this is the first mention here, the confusion comes because your sprinkling your problems around the sight instead of keeping them in one thread. This is called cross posting., and will confuse all, and is against the rules of most boards.
