Refurbished Fitbit/ Buy-Back

So, I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas, and it worked beautifully with my Rose Gold Apple iPhone 7. Then, for an early valentine, I was gifted an Apple Watch, which from an iPhone owner standpoint, was golden (rose gold, but close enough). I hardly got to use my Fitbit, thus leaving it in perfect condition. I had even bough screen protectors and other bands to go with it. Upon contacting support via chat about my situation, I was informed there is no "Buy-Back Program" or any form of selling practically new watches as refurbished. I feel if Fitbit did have a section where customers could buy refurbished products at a discounted price, it would do well for Fitbit's business. It would also serve people who have a desire to own quality products, but can afford only nice, used/refurbished products.

I think Fitbit should have refurbished products available! However, I had
the same problem when I got a free Samsung Gear S2. Since the two watches
did different things (Fitbit excelled at fitness tracking, Samsung got phone
calls and is a smartwatch), I started wearing the Samsung on my left arm and
the Fitbit (Blaze) on my right arm.
